I live right next to Toads place, let me tell you. This type of stuff is going to be happening all summer (just like last summer).
anyways, the absolute worst part of this night (besides adding up in your head how much money it costs taxpayers to send every cop car in richmond to one location to break up a party) was this poor girl wearing this strapless dress, they had her pinned to the hood of a cop car for a half hour (it was absolutely freezing outside.) While an enormous crowd of upset people were walking by.. so tense in the air
