    You’ve never tried my friend, Kim’s cheese ball. Every so often she makes one for my art openings -it’s full of butter and rolled in cranberries. Gallery guests gobble chunks on wheat thins, not just smears, and insist on having the recipe.

    The last time we served Kim’s cheese ball we had to escort an inebriated bulimic away from the table who had cast the crackers aside, grabbed a fork, and proceeded to shovel peachy slabs from the tray into her mouth all the while licking her fork clean between each stab. I was sweeping and scraping up dried cranberries for days.

    I’m telling you, this cheese ball is not like any cheese ball you have ever had.
