Minutes after stepping off Kings Dominion’s new Dominator roller coaster yesterday, coaster enthusiast Michael Sanborne said it was “the most exciting thing I have ever done,” signaling that the 56-year-old may very well have never slept with a woman.
“The inverted loops were awesome, and the fact that the coaster is floorless really makes for an incredible feeling in your stomach on the twisted U-turn,” said Sanborne, who has traveled to 46 states riding coasters but, more than likely, has never had a one-night stand with a stranger in a pay-by-the-hour motel room.
Sanborne, a retail-store manager and lifelong coaster lover from Tappahannock, said the Dominator “blows away” the Hanover County park’s Anaconda and Volcano rides, but made no comparison to the excitement found in hiring four legal prostitutes to serve 13 men at an alcohol-fueled Las Vegas bachelor party.
“There is really nothing else quite like the Dominator,” Sanborne added. “This coaster, above anything else I can think of that I’ve experienced in my life, is the greatest thing I have ever ridden.”
