The following are actual search engine terms input by people anywhere in the world that bring them to one of the fake news stories on Tobacco Avenue, according to Wordpress.com statistics.
The most frequently searched phrase, input several times a day? “Local prostitutes.” These people are not looking for the article about Richmond’s violent crime drop, we can be nearly certain of that.
The others:
juno sayings, w l mock convention results, american chicks, how to wear jcrew, Cafe Gutenberg, “Tara Morgan” reporter, church of scientology carytown, dysentery, corona beer TV commercial locations, buzkashi, babe with new guy, tom brady GQ, wilder screws up richmond braves, chanello’s pizza/hours, velvet diana richmond, local hookers, secret santa gift giving at the office, my 16 year old sold tobacco to a minor, andrew freiden, african-american runner, jennifer martin reporter CNBC, how can I move furniture up stairs?

I LOVE the search phrases! I once made a post out of what sends people to my blog:

Maybe it’s time I write an update post. In fact, I would love to see all bloggers disclose the weird and random searches that drive people to their sites. Any takers?
