With unseasonably warm weather sticking around this weekend, most of us will see temperatures hovering in the 60s. Be sure to look up high in the sky for a long, red line with red semicircles on one side, swooping up from the south.

The sun should also have a smiley face on it, though there’s a high chance of thunderstorms so you may see a bit of a frown on him.

By Sunday, temperatures should start to drop once again, so expect a clear view of a blue line with triangles on it heading our way.  You may notice a white line circling above your head as well.  Don’t worry – that’s our Doppler Max 7 Radar System, the only technology of its kind in the Richmond area.

Going into Sunday evening there will be a chance of showers – Jimmy, could we get some rain-drop graphics over here – so you may want to grab a raincoat if you plan to go out.  And if there’s enough blue lines up above and you live to the west of Richmond, expect the biggest, most beautiful and perfect, symmetrical snowflakes you’ve ever laid eyes upon.
